AMT was formed in 2005 by Ann Molyneux who is the principal consultant. Ann has a background in teaching and training both in this country and abroad. She has also trained in counselling and health promotion and spent several years working as a Health Promotion specialist, leading on Training, Mental Health and Disability. This role involved designing and delivering training packages to staff from within the statutory, voluntary and private sectors as well as delivering training directly to local residents and user groups. She moved from Health Promotion into Human Resources, leading on training, equality and diversity and Improving Working Lives. After 15 years of working for the NHS she left to start her own training consultancy.
Ann has the OCR (Oxford, Cambridge, RSA) Diploma in Stress Management and offers consultancy, working with organisations in developing strategies, policies and programmes to meet the Health and Safety Executive standards in stress.
As part of a nation-wide network of trainers, AMT has access to over forty experienced training staff, all of whom are highly qualified and experienced in their field. This network enables AMT to facilitate training programmes for larger organisations, with the assurance that all trainers operate under the same exacting professional standards.
