At AMT we work closely with organisations in identifying what is required, drawing up clear aims and objectives and tailoring programmes and courses to achieve the desired outcome. Training methods are participatory and delegates are encouraged to reflect on how they work and identify changes that can be made, ensuring learning is taken forward outside of the training room. |
