One-to-one coaching for individuals who:
- Feel that their lives are out of balance
- Are going through big changes
- Are lacking in self-confidence and/or self esteem
- Would like to take a new direction in life
- Need support through a challenging time
Stress coaching is a partnership that enables people to achieve results in their personal and professional lives. It will begin with an initial assessment meeting. Follow-up sessions may be conducted over the phone, face-to-face, or a combination of the two.
Areas covered are negotiated with the individual but may include: looking at current causes of stress or imbalance, how it is impacting on the individual and what can be done to change it. The kind of issues that may be addressed are self-limiting beliefs, patterns of behaviour, coping strategies, support networks, goal-setting and looking at the bigger picture.
