Teamworking

The courses below fall into two categories:

  1. Work undertaken with whole teams to enable them to function more effectively. This may be helpful when: a new team is being formed / there has been some conflict within the team / the team is already functional but wants to develop that step further. The course listed below entitled ‘Effective Teamworking’ may be adapted to suit one of the purposes outlined above.
  2. Courses aimed at managers and team leaders to enable them to work more effectively with their team.
